How I Deliver Results
Six proven service areas that transform product teams
Product & User Validation
Build enterprise-scale validation platforms and beta programs that surface feedback early and turn user insights into product direction. At Autodesk, I drive adoption of an enterprise validation platform across 450K+ users and 30+ product teams. At Output, I established beta programs from scratch that shaped MVP scope and achieved executive adoption, turning user insights into shared inputs for product decisions.
Book a Call →Strategic Product Leadership
Embedded leadership for growth-stage companies. I translate user research into roadmaps, shape 0-to-1 products, advocate for data-driven launch decisions, and build organizational transformation systems that scale quality and velocity together.
Book a Call →Engineering Leadership & OKRs
Scale teams with VP-level reporting frameworks, OKR systems, and structured performance coaching. I build organizations from scratch, establish career frameworks, and translate analytics insights into prioritized backlogs that align engineering, product, and business goals.
Book a Call →Release Systems & Continuous Delivery
Transform release chaos into confidence with shift-left practices and continuous delivery pipelines. I design release scorecards, go/no-go frameworks, and risk dashboards that achieved 87% regression reduction and 99% crash-free rates through proactive prevention.

About Me
I've spent 20 years as a product validation and platform enablement leader at companies like Autodesk, Output, Fender, Native Instruments, and Google. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, I bring a technical foundation to strategic product decisions, from shaping 0-to-1 product launches to building enterprise-scale validation programs.
Currently at Autodesk, I drive enablement and adoption of an enterprise customer-validation platform across a 450,000+ user community and 30+ product teams. I've built automated leadership reporting from scratch, delivered platform integrations that had stalled for months (completed in a week), led migrations teams had wanted for years, and presented platform impact and multi-year strategic roadmaps to senior leadership. This is platform enablement at enterprise scale, turning an underutilized tool into a structured program with exec-level visibility.
My work focuses on cross-functional program building, Agile transformations, and OKR frameworks that translate user insights into prioritized roadmaps. At Output, I reported directly to the VP of Engineering, built enterprise beta and validation programs from the ground up that shaped product direction, and achieved a 94% reduction in bugs through structured prevention systems.
I've successfully advocated to drop undercooked features pre-launch based on data, championed continuous delivery adoption, and built repeatable processes that teams actually follow. I help organizations build systems where quality and velocity work together, not against each other.
My approach is holistic: I think about the customer, the developer, and the team. Because quality isn't just about catching bugs - it's about building the right thing, the right way, at the right time.
I leverage AI-driven workflows, MCP integrations, and agentic tooling across everything I do to accelerate output and raise quality. This isn't theoretical - it's how I work every day, from test creation and documentation to research synthesis and strategic reporting.
